International students received their diplomas

On July 13, 2018, more than 100 international students received their bachelor's diplomas in the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

The solemn event of the awarding of diplomas began with the performance of the anthem of students from all over the world "Gaudeamus". Vice-rector for research Ihor Chudyk addressed the graduate students with words of congratulations on successful completion of studies. Exemplary students got their diplomas with honors.

Ayari Yosra performed the song of Bruno Mars and Rihanna for all interntional students, which inspired the audience and everyone rushed to dance. After such a lively song, Director of the Center for International Education, Oleksandr Hryhoryshyn handed certificates of merit to the best students.

After the warm words of congratulations, the awarding of diplomas took place. More than 100 students received their happy ticket to the future by obtaining a bachelor's degree in the fields of "Oil and Gas Engineering", "Oil and Gas Production", "Oil and Gas Equipment", "Oil Pipelines and Gas Storage Facility", "Mining", "Construction", "Ecology", “Environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources", “Engineering mechanics", as well as "Electrical power engineering and electrotechnology".

The graduates of our university of 1998 were also invited to the ceremony and congratulated students on graduation. The associate professor of the Department of Philology, Translation and Interpreting Myroslava Venhryniuk handed over certificates of merit to several students for the special achievements of foreigners in studying the Ukrainian language.

The graduates thanked their mentors, teachers, staff of the Center for International Integration of Higher Education for their help, patience and support, which helped them to adapt to life and study in Ukraine. They hope that compatriots will follow their footsteps and will study at IFNTUOG, where they can choose between engineering, economics and humanities.
